FOUNDER
Dato’ Steve Wan Siew Kum is a Managing Partner for Steve & Co Asia Group.
With over 25 years of corporate, professional and entrepreneurial experience, he founded Steve & Co Chartered Accountants since 2006. Throughout his professional journey, he has served a growing clientele locally and regionally in professional services. He has also actively emersed himself into holistic advisory work, participated in ventures, raised capital and evolve himself into the entrepreneurship journey as private equity manager.
Dato’ Steve holds an bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance from RMIT University, Australia. He is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) from Australia, a registered Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants with a designation of (C.A.(M)) as well as a registered ASEAN CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant). Besides, he is also a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), a Certified Financial Planner (CFPTM), a registered Private Equity Management Company (PEMC) and registered Investment Private Equity Manager with Securities Commission.
At leisure, Dato’ Steve enjoys travel, experiential learning, reading and pursuing wellbeing.

Boon Siong is a leader of several Steve & Co controlled entities, including Vital Fact Management Sdn Bhd, bringing a background in audit, tax, accounting, and corporate finance.
He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
(ACCA).
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Elaine brings over 16 years of finance, operations, and business transformation experience across listed companies, regional businesses, and multi-entity organisations, including group financial governance, cross-border corporate structuring, and financial due diligence.
Elaine is a Chartered Accountant (C.A. Malaysia) with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an ACMA and CGMA under the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and holds fellowships with the Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA) and Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA).
